Easy cake with ingredients and method of preparation
Ingredients Of The First Layer Of This Cake
- 6 Whole Eggs
- A glass Of Sugar
- 200g Of Flour
- 7g Of Vanilla
How To Prepare Our First Layer :
- We Mix Eggs In A Bowl
- And Add A Cup Of Sugar To The Mixture
- Add Vanilla To The Mixture
- And We Mix The Ingredients With An Electric Mixer
- After We Mix It, We Add 200g Of Flour Gradually To It
- Then We Put The Mixture In The Oven On Medium Heat
- After We FINISH Preparing The First Layer, We Will Start Preparing The Second Layer
Ingredients Of The Second Layer
- 30g Of Brownie Chocolate
- we Have 100ml Of Cream
- And We Have Two Sheets Of Gelatin
How To Prepare Our Second Layer :
- We Put The Chocolate in Water Bath To Melt Over Medium Heat
- We Put Gelatin in Cold Water in Order To Melt Well
- Take a Bowl To Which We Add 50ml Of Cream And Let It Perfume Until Boiling
- After Boiling, Add The Gelatin To It
- Then We Mix The Gelatin With Our Cream
- We Take The Melted Chocolate And We Add The Cream Mixture With The Gelatin On It
- And Add To It 50g Of The Remaining Cold Cream, And Mix Them Manually, Then The Electric Mixer
- Then We Put It in The Fridge For two Hours. It Is Better If You Have The Time To Let It Whole Night
Now The Cake Baking Stage :
- we will cut the cake bun in the middle to add the cream that we prepared
- Then Put It In The Refrigerator To Cool It Well Before Decorating It
- After The Cake Is Cooled.. We Will Decorate it.. And The Shape Of The Decorating Remains According To Your Desire
